Problem

Despite offering valuable services and products, the Electric Motor Shop website presents several user experience challenges, including outdated visual design, limited mobile responsiveness, and unclear navigation, which hinder users from efficiently finding information, understanding services, and initiating contact, ultimately impacting user trust and business growth opportunities.

An E-commerce store could be added to the New Products page. This would give customers the ability to purchase products directly online without having to call.

Implementing an online scheduling system for service appointments, field service consultations, or repairs in the future could help streamline customer interactions, increase efficiency. and ability to quickly service more high tech customers.
